All Oat Cups are delivered frozen and can be stored in the freezer for up to 5 months. It is recommended to defrost the cups in the refrigerator overnight if possible. Once defrosted, keep stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

OPTION 1. Choose your desired flavours! Simply fill out the order form at checkout. *Each flavour comes in packs of 4*
OPTION 2. Let us choose with a standard mixed pack. Each pack includes 12 cups, the flavours are as follows - 3 x Choc Peanut, 3 x Coconut Almond Berry, 2 x Strawberry Vanilla Peanut, 2 x Choc Vanilla Protein, 2 x Chocolate Almond Berry.
